If you don't understand the Creative Commons licenses, I recommend you to leave the "Use a Creative Commons license?" box UNCHECKED
Applying CC license to your work gives up some of your control of your copyright. So you should not do it unless you have educated yourself on how it works.
Do what tydaze suggested, leave that box unchecked. With the CC license, bots can scrape your music to train AI so it's not worth trying to use.

if you're talking about i think you are, it basically boils down to if anyone is completely free to take and modify whatever art you post and even profit from it or not. you can set up a template that will set up the license automatically
